Siphonic roof drainage in Eskişehir
One project has been completed in Eskişehir: the roof of a 17,500 m² livestock facility in Odunpazarı. It is the largest installation on our reference list that sits outside an organised industrial zone.
Alongside its factories, Eskişehir has large agricultural and livestock buildings that put just as much roof area over a single footprint. On these buildings roof water matters because feed and bedding areas have to stay dry, and because the ground around the structure has to absorb whatever the downpipes discharge during heavy rain. A siphonic system releases the water at few points and under control, so the discharge point and the surrounding surface drainage can be planned from the outset.
Work begins with a TS EN 12056-3 calculation over the roof plan. Geberit Pluvia roof outlets carry between 14 and 100 L/s depending on the model, and the roof load is distributed across those capacities. The line is Geberit HDPE, with joints butt-welded to DVS 2207. Every step, from the calculation to the last weld, is handled by our own team.
