01Data controller

This notice has been prepared in the capacity of data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. The controller's identity and contact details appear in the imprint at the foot of this page.

02Personal data processed

On this site, personal data is collected solely through the contact form. Unless you complete the form, none of your personal data is processed.

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Telephone number (optional)
• The content of the request you write in the message field, together with any project details you choose to provide

03Purposes of processing

• Evaluating your request and responding to you
• Preparing a preliminary technical assessment and a proposal for your siphonic rainwater drainage project
• Keeping track of the request and the correspondence

04Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (Law Art. 5/1). The form cannot be submitted without ticking the consent box. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point.

05Method of collection

Data is collected electronically when you complete and submit the contact form on this site. The form content is not written to a database on our server; it is delivered directly to our corporate email address.

06Transfers

Limited strictly to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our hosting and email service provider established in Türkiye (Turhost); to competent public authorities upon request (Law Art. 8/2-a); and where necessary to our lawyer and financial advisor. It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is never sold.

Our hosting and email servers are located in Türkiye; your data is not transferred abroad. The site loads no content from third-party servers, fonts included, so simply viewing the site gives rise to no transfer abroad.

07Retention period

Data you submit through the form is retained for a maximum of three months from the conclusion of the request and deleted at the end of that period. Should a contract be concluded between us, data relating to that relationship becomes subject to the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation.

08Your rights under Article 11 of the Law

By applying to the data controller, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad
• To request rectification where the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• To request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
• To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
• To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing

To exercise your rights you may apply in writing to Fevzi Çakmak Mah. 7. Ertürk Sk. No:3/A, Merkez, Uşak, through our registered electronic mail address ahmetbilginyapi@hs09.kep.tr, or by email to sifonik@bilgininsaat.com, in the manner set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
