01In short

This site does not try to identify you. It uses no cookies, does not track your behavior, runs no analytics tool, and sends no request to any third-party server while you view a page. The only way your personal data reaches us is if you choose to fill in the contact form.

02What does not happen as you browse

• No cookie is written. That is why the site carries no cookie consent banner.
• Nothing is written to your browser's local storage.
• No measurement or tracking tool runs, Google Analytics included.
• There is no advertising network, tracking pixel or embedded social media content.
• Fonts are served from our own server. They were previously loaded via Google Fonts, which meant a visitor's IP address reached Google; that connection has been removed.

03Server access logs

The server hosting this site keeps a standard access log for every technical request. Such a log contains the IP address, the time of the request, the address called, the browser identifier and the response code. We do not use these logs for marketing or profiling; they are consulted only where necessary for security or fault investigation. The logs are held on the servers of our hosting provider established in Türkiye (Turhost), and their retention period is governed by that provider's configuration.

04The contact form

When the form is submitted, its content is not written to a database; it is delivered directly to our corporate email address. An invisible field (a honeypot) is used to filter out automated spam; that field collects no personal data. Which data the form processes, on what legal basis and for how long, together with your rights and how to exercise them, are set out in detail in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

05Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The security headers sent to the browser include a content security policy, protection against content type sniffing, framing protection and a referrer policy. The content security policy has been narrowed to permit our own domain only, so that if an external resource is ever added by accident the browser will block it.

06External links

The site contains links to our social media account and to the group company's corporate site. No data goes to those parties unless you click the link. Once you do, the privacy practices of the site you reach apply; those sites are not under our control.

07Your rights

Your rights to information, rectification, erasure and objection regarding your personal data, and how to exercise them, are set out point by point in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.

08Changes to this policy

If the technical behavior of the site changes, for instance if a measurement tool, an embedded map or a video is added, this text and the cookie policy are updated together. The update date at the foot of the page indicates the version in force.
