01Scope
These terms apply to everyone who visits the site at sifonik.bilgininsaat.com. The site is operated by Ahmet Bilgin Yapı Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. By using the site you accept these terms.
02Nature of the content
The technical explanations, standard designations, material properties and numerical values on this site are provided for information. The values applicable to a given project are determined only by that project's own roof geometry, rainfall data and hydraulic calculation. Nothing on this site substitutes for an undertaking, an offer or engineering approval.
03The flow rate calculator
The flow rate calculator on this site gives an approximate order of magnitude from roof area and regional rainfall intensity. It does not determine pipe diameter, line routing, the number of roof outlets or the number of stacks, and it produces no deliverable document. No liability is accepted for the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on its output. The binding calculation is performed at project stage with Geberit ProPlanner and delivered as a report.
04Intellectual property
Rights in the texts, design, diagrams, photographs and archive images on this site belong to Ahmet Bilgin Yapı Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi or to the respective rights holders. Save for reasonable quotation with attribution, the content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially in whole or in part without permission.
05Third-party trademarks
Geberit and Geberit Pluvia are registered trademarks of Geberit. Their use on this site, together with the logo, rests on our status as an authorized applicator and asserts no right over the marks. The standards and product certificates referred to belong to the relevant bodies or to the manufacturer; they are not presented as our own company certificates.
06Limitation of liability
Care is taken to keep the content accurate and current; however, uninterrupted availability, freedom from error and continuous currency are not guaranteed. Liability for indirect loss arising from the use or unavailability of the site is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not extend to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
